Marisa Prugsawan is currently serving as the Directorate - Portfolio Integration Manager representing VBA stakeholders and interests in the EHRM integration and interoperability program. Marisa is formally a Senior Program Analyst within the VBA Office of Business Integration (OBI) Business Investment Management division responsible Lead for VBA Multi-Year Planning and Portfolio Investment management of VBA's IT initiatives. Facilitates Customer Success Management supporting VBA business planning of IT initiatives with a multi-year focus and Portfolio Planning for VBA's IT Investment Management Strategy and supports the Multi-Year Planning for VBA's portfolio of IT business needs. She is the lead in this space which includes a strategic approach to cultivating partnerships across VA enterprise supporting strategic investment planning, solutioning containing budgetary resources, acquisitions, and business requirements, and execution and advocacy for initiatives acceleration and escalation. All areas focusing on obtaining optimal business outcomes by advocating stakeholder’s needs and managing business development efforts. These foundational areas support the mission critical success rates of programs and benefits provided to Veterans and Beneficiaries.
